He starts on the Greek Island of Ikaria in the Aegean Sea, where residents live 10 years longer than the European average, with statistics for heart disease and cancer much lower than the European average and dementia virtually unheard of. He also visits a small community of Seventh-day Adventists in California.
In Japan, Jon explores the pursuit of Ikigai as he discover seniors in their 90s still thriving at the heart of the community.
