Their orders are to relocate from sunny southern California to the swamplands of Sneads Ferry, North Carolina. With military precision, they join their agent and friend Sam on a whirlwind operation, heading into a market where houses are snatched up almost as fast as they're listed. But as the pressure mounts, sparks start to fly between husband and wife over which house is the best fit for their family. Will their top choices fall into other hands, or can they come to terms in time to get the house they need?
