After discovering that Wataru is his son from the future, Kisuke travels back two years to a time when his late wife, Hanayo, was still alive. There, he witnesses the ordinary everyday life of his family of four, a happiness that has since been lost. As he cherishes the chance to see Hanayo again, Kisuke begins to understand feelings his wife had kept hidden from him. The family's past and future come together as every version of today finally connects.
