A lonely and depressed Paul works with James, a young community member turned therapist, to work on his issues and find a sense of self awareness. After Rose double books the main road in town, she finds herself caught between rival parades. Gale finds a solution to her long-distance relationship with Dean by proposing the idea of Dean moving out to sea (Lake Winnipeg) with her and living on a boat that sells groceries.
