في فترة الأربعينيات، يستولى الصديقان عبدالعزيز، وناصر، على إرث أحد الأثرياء، ويهربان أثناء تفشي الوباء، وينجحان في إقامة مشاريع كبيرة، ويعيشان مع عائلتهما في رخاء وثراء، ولكن لا يستمر هذا طويلا حيث ينقلب عليهما الحال، ويذيقان سويا ثمرة المال الحرام.
