決戰水下伸展台是全球第一個以水下世界為主要場景，由熱愛台灣海洋及潛水的 Janet 謝怡芬擔任主持，十位水下攝影師、十位自由潛水者參賽角逐的實境節目，透過每一回合的競賽，水下攝影師與水下模特兒一起創作攝影作品互相合作競爭，分數採分開計算，最終攝影師及模特兒冠軍將分別獲得美金二萬元獎金，融合藍色世界的奇幻、模特兒的魅力、潛水的刺激、人性的考驗等等元素製作。
