Cookie plays with animal fridge magnets and sticks them onto ARPO's head. The cat magnets short out ARPO's memory, and when he reboots, he really thinks he is a cat. Cookie, Refix and Zoom Zoom must catch and fix ARPO before he causes too much kitty mischief.
