I'll use smooth-on industrial urethane rubber to repair a broken Dewalt Tools oscillating sander. The pad is worn out, so I make a new one. I recommend buying a new part from a tool repair shop. But this one now has a tough, custom homemade rubber abrasive pad. As an added bonus, I show you how to tint and cast open cell urethane foam. Yay!
