How Automotive Solenoids compare to Solid State Relays.

They are both electrical switches. The solenoid relay switch is cheap tough, and not as slow as one would think, BUT it needs 700mA to actuate. The SSR is expensive and easy to fry but it's twice as fast as the solenoid and only uses 10-20mA to actuate. long term projects here: http://www.Patreon.com/AvE
