Bahar’ın hastaneye kabul alması Timur için şok etkisi yaratır. Artık Bahar da, Timur da, Aziz Uras da aynı hastanededir. Bir aile olarak burada çalışsalar da aile ilişkilerini gizleme kararı alırlar. Timur ile Rengin ise Bahar’ı göndermenin planlarını yapmaya başlarlar. Bahar’ı hastanede destekleyecek ve ona en çok yardımı dokunacak kişi de yine Evren olacaktır. Diğer yandan da Bahar hastanede asistan doktor, evde anne olmanın ikili yaşantısına alışmaya çalışır. Nevra da bu yönden Bahar’ı kötü bir anne olmakla suçlayıp, ona yüklenmeyi sürdürür. Bahar’ın hastanedeki ilk nöbet gününün Umay’ın doğum günüyle çakışması da aile içinde gerilimin iyice artmasına sebep olur. Umay’ın başına gelecek kötü bir olay, Bahar’ın aldığı kararı tekrar sorgulamasına yol açar.
