Evren’in ilişkiyi bitirmesini kabullenemeyen Bahar, hatasını telafi etmek için her yolu denemeye karar verir. Aradığı çözüm, hiç beklemediği bir anda karşısına çıkar. Evren’in elindeki sorunu giderebilecek ünlü bir cerrah, şans eseri çok kısa bir süre için Türkiye’dedir. Ancak hem cerrahın takvimi çok sıkışıktır, hem de söz konusu operasyon oldukça risklidir. Tüm bu sorunlarla boğuşan Bahar, kötü bir haber alan can dostu Çağla’yı istemeden ihmal eder. Timur ise özellikle ihmal etmeye çalıştığı Efsun’la olmayacak yerlerde denk gelmektedir. Bahar, unable to accept Evren’s decision to end their relationship, resolves to do whatever it takes to make amends for her mistake.
