After learning the truth about Harun’s sibling, Bahar’s perspective on him changes. Witnessing their growing closeness, Çağla wonders about the reason behind Bahar’s shift, and with what she discovers, she finds herself in an emotional dilemma concerning both Bahar and Harun. Evren, upon seeing the baby, for the first time fully realizes that he is going to be a father, which triggers his fear of losing Bahar. A case brought into the hospital forces Bahar and Evren to work together, confronting Evren with the damage caused by his inner conflict. On the Aziz Uras and Seren front, Aziz Uras takes action to win Seren back. Believing she cannot forgive him, Seren begins to question her decision after dealing with an unusual case, but a sudden accident will shake everyone’s lives to the core.
