小太子褚瑛（吴海 饰）意外结识了小太监小满（林霖 饰），二人两小无猜结为挚友。先帝驾崩小褚瑛成为皇帝，小满却被逐出宫。十年后小满女扮男装回宫，两人表面看似亲近暗中却互相试探。在共同经历朝堂争斗后，两人的情感开始有了变化……
