  • S01E01 Tassie Devil

    Deep in the wilds of Cradle Mountain National Park in Tasmania lurks the notorious Tasmanian devil, which leads to this episode's mission - Kayne has to find a Tassie devil and kiss it! With the help of local 'devil whisperer' Andrew Kelly, Kayne and Brandon track down a den inhabited by a feisty devil family. Will Kayne complete the mission and play kisschasey with a Tassie devil? During this mission, Brandon and Kayne come across a beautiful waterfall, learn how to track Tassie devils by their poo and explore the area on a quad bike and horse.

    After speeding high off the ground down a zipline in the treetops of Liffey Forest, Tasmania, Brandon sets Kayne his next mission - to find a tiger snake in the wild. Kayne and Brandon both admit this mission scares them but they head off through the honeycomb tunnels of Mole Creek Caves. The boys learn about the dreaming story of the tiger snake from Hank Norton, an Indigenous consultant, and a tiger snake skin is burnt as a blessing to the Dreamtime. Next stop on their journey is a secret snake lab where they meet herpetologist Ian Norton and his team. Ian takes them to the Wesley Vale marshland outside of Launceston to tag a tiger snake, but first they accompany him on a snake emergency...

    Walking in the scorching heat through the heart of the Central Desert outside of Alice Springs, Brandon gives Kayne his next challenge - prepare a bush tucker feast to serve the Elders in the remote Aboriginal community of Papunya. The feast must include honey ants which Kayne has dug four feet underground to find. Along the way, Brandon lays down another challenge - for Kayne to survive in the desert on his own. Will Kayne find his way in the desert without Brandon and what kind of bush tucker will he find to serve to the Elders?

    Kayne soon discovers that riding a remote-control skateboard in the South Australian bush is the easiest part of his first mission as Brandon has set him a nerve-racking challenge - to go diving with Great White sharks! And as sharks are attracted to noise, Kayne has to beat box while under water to lure one in. Will Kayne complete the mission or will he chicken out? Plus the boys meet shark attack survivor, Rodney Fox, a Barngaria Aboriginal elder and get up close and personal with kangaroos, emus and sea lions.

    Heading to the tropical beauty of Heron Island, QLD, Brandon gives Kayne his next mission - to find sea turtle hatchlings and watch them take their first swim in the ocean. With the help of Tim Harvey from the Heron Island Research Centre, will the mates find the hatchlings and watch this amazing moment? During the journey, Kayne and Brandon also dive into the depths of the reef, getting up close and personal with the adult turtles as well.

    Deep inside Kakadu National Park, NT, local rangers are keen to monitor a rogue saltwater crocodile - the deadliest reptile on the planet! Brandon reckons Kayne could help them out and enlists his mate to help lure a giant croc into a cage, anaesthetise it and then attach a satellite tag to the back of its neck. In this jaw-droppingly scary mission, will Kayne rise to the challenge and get up close and personal with this deadly reptile? Along the way the buddies also meet Ruben Muir, an Indigenous guide, who shows them special rock art which is over 10,000 years old; and Andy Ralph, Aboriginal Community Officer, who introduces them to some locals who live with crocs.

  • S01E09 Grey Nurse Shark

    Brandon and Kayne travel to Seal Rocks, off the northern coast of NSW, where Brandon gives Kayne his next mission - to swim with Grey Nurse Sharks and take a photo of one. Seal Rocks is renowned for having one of the last colonies of endangered Grey Nurse Sharks - there's only about 400 left in the wild. And because swimming with sharks is not dangerous and exciting enough, Brandon and Kayne take a high velocity sky dive before a session of rampaging sand dune boarding. They also experience a local Indigenous smoking ceremony on Boomerang Beach.

    After mountain biking, abseiling and kayaking to get to Bruny Island, TAS, Brandon finally tells Kayne his next mission - to find one of the world's smallest surfers - Penguins. After they find a white wallaby and sleep the night in a light-house, Kayne decides to head off without Brandon to find the penguins. But, he's out of luck. After a quick surf, the mates meet two Bruny Island park rangers who set them off on the right track.

    High above Melbourne doing 360 degree spins in WWII fighter planes, Kayne introduces Brandon to his home turf. During this episode the tables are turned as Kayne sets Brandon a mission - being involved in the rescue of three different animals which live in the big city. The missions are tense and unpredictable and the mates are in for a heart-thumping journey. Brandon also experiences one of his most memorable experiences during his adventure in Melbourne.

  • S01E12 Arafura File Snake

    Brandon and Kayne are headed to Arnhem Land, Northern Territory, for Kayne's final mission - he must catch, cook and eat an Arafura File Snake. The Arafura File Snake is a rare delicacy in the area, and lives in water - the same water that crocodiles live in! But getting to Arnhem Land, Australia's final frontier, is a mission in itself. It is cut off by floods from the rest of the country for six months a year and Brandon and Kayne arrive too early so their first challenge is getting across the East Alligator River - a croc-infested expanse of water that is not for the faint-hearted. Along the way the mates meet Kakadu locals, Lennie Muraburra and Gregory Koimala, who show them how to make a didgeridoo, and Gunbalanya traditional owners Anne Gumurdul and Gabby Gumurdul, who help them on their mission to track down an Arafura File Snake.

    After climbing some of the most spectacular cliffs in NSW, Brandon challenges Kayne to a hoof-thumping mission - to muster 40 head of cattle in the Megalong Valley, NSW. But before they live the cowboy way of life, local Gungugurra people and Indigenous guides, Trevor McKenzie and Katherine Brown, welcome the mates to the sacred ground with a special Welcome to Country ceremony. On the farm, stockman Justin Hill puts the boys through their paces as they clean stables, learn to sheer sheep, test cows for pregnancy and show off their horse riding skills.
