In this episode, neighbourhood sergeant Terry has his sights set on a well-known resident in the numbered streets in Horden: 26 year old Shauna. Her house is a hangout for local criminals but when the police hear that there are drugs at the address Terry wants to give her one final warning to go on the straight and narrow before resorting to more extreme measures. Elsewhere on the coast, a pub in the harbour town of Seaham is shut down after a brutal bar brawl leaves a man seriously injured. Three suspects are caught in the act on CCTV and one turns out to be a surprisingly familiar face. In neighbouring Dawdon, a man is suspected of stabbing a local resident.
