Shin-chan plays with Shiro and takes him for a walk. Shiro eats all the meat that was kept for dinner, leaving Misae and Shin-chan with nothing to eat.
Hiroshi creates a dog house for Shiro but Misae spoils it, so they buy a readymade dog house.
Shin-chan gets engrossed in the TV that he hardly eats his food. Misae forces Shin-chan to eat capsicum but he refuses and gives it to Shiro.
Shin chan saca de paseo a Nevado y Misae le explica que hay que recoger las heces de los perros. Shin chan acaba recogiendo no solo las cacas de Nevado sino la de otros perros. Hiroshi intenta hacerle una caseta a Nevado, pero Shin chan se acaba entrometiendo y rompiéndole. Al final, deciden comprarla. La familia se reúne para cenar. Como Shin chan odia el pimiento, se lo ofrece a Nevado y sus padres se enfadan mucho.
