舞台は、安田顕演じる冷徹ドS部長・犀川真一郎が率いるワケアリ＆クセツヨ芸能人たちの巣窟、TOYOプロダクション芸能4部。川栄李奈演じる新人マネージャー・神田川美和が、犀川のムチャぶりに翻弄されながら、崖っぷちタレントたちのために芸能界を駆け回るストーリー。実は子供の頃、国民的天才子役だった美和が、その過去をひた隠しにしながら、持ち前の洞察力と演技力でダメタレント達の再生に挑む。どん底にいても夢をあきらめない者たちの、“人生リベンジコメディー”が開幕する。
