The story features Leon, a young dragon who is the last survivor of his species and was raised by a young couple named Cosmo Hartman and Wanda Strong. Leon wants to know his true identity and that he succeeded his birth parents, but on his way he meets an African-American soldier named Blaster, a British soldier named Mary Steel, and a masked Spaniard named Lince. What unites them is a man named Oripus who operates The Demon Force Project. Leon and his companions soon discover the terrible secret of this project that could put all of humanity at risk, so they decide to join forces to face the deadly weapons of this project.
