Graeme Hall meets Tilly, who was supposed to be a therapy dog but instead is only offering discomfort with her non-stop pulling on walks and constant yapping at passers-by. Graeme also deals with collie Milo's hatred of garden hoses and cocker Wilbur's habit of ruining social events.
