Bulky's profits are down 20% and this forces the gang to come up with some ways to make more money. Unfortunately none of their ideas are any good so Ben decides an employee must be fired.
Robyn gets braces and this causes her date to cancel on her. Alex, feeling sorry for Robyn, decides to ask her to the dance. Meanwhile, Ben is feeling extremely nervous because a secret inspector is coming to observe Bulky's.
Bulky's has decided to set up a game of baseball against the rival fast food joint Chunky's. Pattie has the responsibility of coaching the team, but there isn't anytime to practice. The gang is ultimately forced to practice during store hours and pretend to be working.
When The Head Office Guy decides that Ben is a blundering fool, he demotes him to a regular employee, and promotes Robyn to assistant manager.
Ben learns that the secret behind Bulky's profits is Alex. Reacting to that he decides that everyone at Bulky's must act like Alex.
Ben hires a professional burger flipper. This forces Alex to prove that he is the better flipper in order to keep his job.
Bulky's holds a contest to find a new spokesperson. Alex wins the contest and it gets to his head.
Ben brainwashes the gang and they are under his control
Pattie and Tess take it out, when a school election goes wrong. Promises are made which both of them can't make. Alex joins the slackers club, and Ben gets busted by The Head Office Guy when Bulky's is being trashed.
A new guy John Smith joins the Bulky team. However there may be more to him than first anticipated.
To impress his new neighbour, Cynthia, Alex decides to get a tattoo. Seeing the tattoo a biker believes that Alex is part of a gang called the Harpoons. Meanwhile, Tess and Robyn try to get back at a customer with the aid of a voodoo doll. What they don't know is that Ben is the victim.
As a result of a broken promise Tess puts a curse on Pattie. Of course, Pattie didn't believe in curses until she began to get very unlucky.
Bulky's is at war with the restaurant across the street, The Falafel Giant.
After seeing Robyn get pushed around by some customers, Ben introduces her to a cult-like session that should raise her self esteem. Also, Tess gets a camera and captures a picture of Ben and Robyn making out.
Robyn gives Ben money she borrowed from Pattie for a good cause. Of course there is no good cause and Ben uses the money to buy a cool new cell phone.
Ben wants a trophy so he sponsors a thumb war at Bulky's.
Tess writes a story about a developing love triangle between Robyn, Pattie, and Ryan (the editor of the school newspaper). Despite her best efforts, Pattie is unable to convince Ryan to pay more attention to Robyn. After reading Tess' story, Ryan wrongly assumes Robyn only has six weeks to live. Meanwhile, Ben struggles to fix a machine designed to take out the garbage.
This episode is a retelling of the events that lead up to (and the events after) Alex and Ben being trapped in a freezer.
Ben believes Alex's guitar playing will help sell more burgers.
Tommy Maguire of the new "Tiger Man" movie makes an unexpected appearance at Bulky's. Ben, looking for a promotion, believes this appearance is a test by the head office. Alex, through his jealousy of Tiger Man, accidentally knocks Tommy out, and must pretend he is Tiger Man in order to save Ben's job.
To impress a girl, Ben attends the alternative therapy workshop Tess holds at Bulky's. After seeing the drastic - mostly negative - changes in his behaviour, Tess does her best to change him back. Meanwhile, Alex and Pattie kiss up to Robyn when she must pick one of their potatoes to enter into a contest.
Ben and Alex are rivals for the attention of an foreign exchange student. Meanwhile, Pattie tries to get the attention of a nerd.
Alex makes a love potion for Ben. Pattie and Robyn start fighting over Ben to see who gets to take him out on a date.
Ben pretends to be the owner of Bulky's in order to make a girl notice him.
Nerds take over Bulky's as they try to obtain movie tie in toys that the Bulky's crew has not received yet. Now the nerd's surround Bulky's and are trying so hard to get them. It becomes challenging to deal with this. Eventually the Break the Door down. But Tess melt's all their plastic supplies and make Figures that interest the nerds.
In order to win a contest, Ben copies a little kid's ideas. However, this kid is a Secret Agent for Chunky's. (Bulky's Major Fast-Food rival which is across the Street).
Tess wanted to try out her "home-made" make-up. So, Tess and Robyn tried the make-up on Ben. At the end, he ended looking like a vampire.
