Aus Naivität wird Stephanie zur Ladendiebin. Zum Valentienstag bekommt D.J. von Danny, Jesse und Joey einen neuen Pullover geschenkt, der jedoch am nächsten Tag direkt dem Rasenmäher zum Opfer fällt. Damit der Verlust nicht auffällt, wollen D.J., Stephanie und Kimmy ihr Erspartes zusammenlegen und den gleichen Pullover kaufen. Doch im Supermarkt müssen sie leider feststellen, dass das Kleidungsstück ihr Bares weit übersteigt. Als D.J. dann wenig später den Pulli von Stephanie überreicht bekommt, ist sie zunächst sehr erstaunt. Ihr Erstaunen wandelt sich in Entsetzen, als sie erfährt, dass Stephanie offensichtlich die Kreditwerbung des Ladens allzu wörtlich genommen hat und dadurch zur Ladendiebin wurde. Was nun? Die Mädchen beschließen, das Diebesgut wieder zurückzubringen, und werden prompt erwischt...

Main Synopsis:It's Valentine's Day, and Danny has bought D.J. the royal blue sweater that D.J. wanted. D.J. puts on the sweater with a shirt under it, and goes to school. At recess, D.J. takes off the sweater so she won't sweat all over it, and after she puts the sweater on the ground, the school's gardener runs over it with a lawn mower, and the sweater is shredded. D.J. doesn't want Danny to know about this, so she, Kimmy, and Stephanie go to the mall to buy a replacement sweater, which is priced at $80, which was the cost of the shredded sweater. Stephanie sees a sign on the checkout counter that says "buy now, pay later". Not realizing that a credit card is required to do what the sign says, Stephanie grabs the sweater in an effort to help D.J., and this gets Stephanie accused of shoplifting.
Pour la Saint-Valentin, D.J. reçoit le fameux pull marine dont elle rêvait depuis de longues semaines. Mais lorsqu'elle oublie le vêtement quelques jours plus tard sur la pelouse de l'école, le jardinier passe malencontreusement sur le vêtement avec sa tondeuse ! Kimmy, D.J. et Stéphanie se rendent alors au supermarché pour le remplacer, mais voilà que le prix du sweat-shirt a méchamment augmenté ...
Stéphanie voit alors un écriteau qui indique "Acheter maintenant, payer plus tard", elle ramène alors le chandail à la maison pour D.J.. D.J. et Stéphanie retournent le jour suivant pour le ramener, mais elles déclenchent l'alarme sur le chemin et se font attraper.
Es el día de San Valentín y Danny les hace regalos a sus hijas. A D.J. le regala un caro jersey azul que hacía mucho que quería. Se lo lleva puesto al colegio pero cuando vuelve a casa lo tiene completamente destrozado. Como no quiere que su padre se entere, decide ir a la tienda donde lo han comprado para reemplazarlo por uno nuevo. El jersey es tan caro que no puede pagarlo y en la tienda surge un malentendido entre Stephanie y la dueña de la tienda que traerá consecuencias.
