The 999 arrives on the next planet, where the gap between the rich and the poor is wide. Tetsuro attempts to help Fraiya, a poor amatauer animator, who does not shine like the other people on the planet. Following Fraiya's offer to buy something that she can sell with confidence, Tetsuro is given the storyboard of her anime and his own personal figure.
