A major scandal engulfs the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism when the minister accidentally broadcasts himself in a compromising position during a virtual meeting. The president, nearing the end of his term, must choose a new minister. Lee Jung-eun, an Olympic medalist, becomes the next minister, but no one seems to expect her to do much at all.
