Der junge Wachmann Phillip wird auf die Wetterkontrollstation Eternias strafversetzt. Dort verschafft sich ein Eisdämon Zutritt und bringt eine Eiszeit über Eternia. An der Seite von He-Man beweist Phillip, dass er auch verantwortlich und mutig handeln kann.
An irresponsible junior guard called Philip fails to notice Whiplash sneaking into the palace grounds to steal the King's Ice Raider. He-Man stops Whiplash just in time, but King Randor relocates Philip to the Eternian Weather Station to improve his responsibilities. Skeletor, determined to get hold of the Ice Raider, consults his agent in the North, Icer, and orders him to take over the Weather Station. Icer has no trouble in taking over, and before long weather disasters are occurring all over Eternia.
Un jeune garde irresponsable appelé Philip n'a pas remarqué que Lézor se faufilait dans l'enceinte du palais pour voler l'Ice Raider du roi. Musclor arrête Lézor juste à temps, mais le roi Randor transfère Philip à la station météorologique d'Eternia pour améliorer ses responsabilités. Skeletor, déterminé à mettre la main sur l'Ice Raider, consulte son agent dans le Nord, Icer, et lui ordonne de prendre le contrôle de la station météo. Icer n'a aucun mal à prendre la relève, et avant longtemps, des catastrophes météorologiques se produisent dans tout Eternia.

He-Man detiene Whiplash justo a tiempo, pero el rey Randor traslada a Philip a la estación meteorológica de Eternian para mejorar sus responsabilidades. Skeletor, decidido a apoderarse del Ice Raider, consulta a su agente en el norte, Icer, y le ordena que se haga cargo de la estación meteorológica.
