Sean Evans has eaten nearly 4,000 chicken wings and shot more than 350 episodes of Hot Ones for the Internet’s amusement. But still, to this day, he cannot make a chicken wing to save his life. That’s where chef and culinary producer, Christian Alquiza, comes in. Once a beloved side character on our First We Feast shows, Christian is now the face of our new series, Hot Kitchen, where he’ll be doing research and development on spicy recipes for legions of pepper heads. His first mission? Make the ULTIMATE chicken wing using better techniques, and, of course, the hottest peppers on Planet Earth, straight from Smokin’ Ed Currie's farm.
