Josh and Jess are mortgage brokers that would like to buy a large home with character outside of Chicago. Josh has his heart set on a Prairie style house in his hometown of Evanston. Jess would prefer a Victorian style home, and she thinks living outside of Evanston would be wiser since you can get a better deal on a place.
