A college freshman decides to move out of his family's farm house in Kentucky to go tiny. He borrows $30,000 from his parents on the condition his opinionated older sister accompanies him during the decision process. He's looking for something that's modern and on wheels so he can travel the country after he graduates, but she has different ideas on what's important in the house hunt and isn't afraid to offer up her two cents.
