The Complexity of the Forearm and Wrist

Learn about our nearly 20 forearm muscles that cause wrist and finger movements, as well as the remarkable actions of our thumb. The forearm is also home to muscles that allow us to turn our palms to face up or down, an action which actually occurs at the elbow.
