세현은 조균의 치밀한 조작 속에 모든 살인의 용의자로 몰리고 정현조차 세현을 쫓는다. 궁지에 몰린 세현은 양어머니가 있는 요양병원으로 향하고, 그곳에 조균이 다녀간 정황을 발견한다. 세현은 조균과 마지막 결전을 결심하고 조균의 거처로 향한다.
