They have slowly begun to renovate the inside and have tried to stay true to the 1920's architecture and decor, but one thing that is original to the house that they are ready to say goodbye to, is the 1920's bathroom. Jeff Devlin is helping transform this old space into a modern and art deco bathroom, complete with black and white marble tile, double sinks on a vanity made from a vintage dresser, a wall tank toilet and tons of architectural details, such as wainscoting and a coffered ceiling.
