Mjr. Rabb zastupuje při rozvodovém řízení plukovníka, který se rozvádí a nevrátil manželce svého syna. Advokát manželky vymůže plukovníkovo zatčení. Ten se tedy i s dítětem rozhodne uniknout. Mjr. Rabb se do případu opět vloží ve chvíli, kdy plukovníka pronásleduje velmi omezený šerif se svým týmem. Rabb zařídí, aby pro plukovníka následky jeho činů byly přijatelné.
Col. Matt Andersons Frau lässt sich scheiden und will mit ihrem Sohn Trevor in eine andere Stadt ziehen. Aber Matt und Trevor sind verschwunden. Harm represents the divorced Marine colonel Anderson who has overextended his custody agreement when attempting to spend time with his son before his mother moves him far away.
