The Mogollon is a geological feature near Payson, Arizona. it stretches 200 miles across northeastern Arizona from Flagstaff all the way to the New Mexico. It's a very unique region and the Mogollon rim is also referred to as the transition zone between the higher elevations of the Colorado plateau to the desert lowlands.
