就着中秋團圓菜的主題,三姐帶來「鳳凰抱月」,將鮮鮑魚、芋頭等十多種食材製成餡料釀進雞內。過程中縱現穿皮意外,但無損賣相,再加「月亮」點綴,非常應景。
鼎爺則構思出功夫菜「鳳舞九天慶團圓」,巧用花膠作雲吞皮,配上鹹肉、金華火腿,還以菱角熬製鮮雞湯,用料十足。

With Raymond Cho acting as matchmaker, culinary masters Li Jiading ("Master Ding") and Xiao Xiuxiang ("Third Sister") met and launched a series of competitions! Following the theme of Mid-Autumn Festival reunion dishes, Third Sister presented "Phoenix Embracing the Moon," stuffing chicken with a filling of over ten ingredients including fresh abalone and taro. Although there was an accidental skin breakage during the process, it didn't detract from the presentation, and the addition of a "moon" garnish made it very festive. Master Ding, on the other hand, conceived the kung fu dish "Phoenix Dancing in the Nine Heavens Celebrating Reunion," cleverly using fish maw as wonton wrappers, paired with salted pork, Jinhua ham, and a fresh chicken broth made with water chestnuts—a truly generous use of ingredients. After a blind tasting by guest Helen Ma and two food critics, which "culinary master" will emerge victorious?
