東日本大震災の際、東京電力福島第一原子力発電所の事故に伴う避難指示の対象となった福島12市町村。そこには、夢をもって移住してきた者、復興のために動き出した者、福島の地で生まれ育った者、挑戦し続ける者…それぞれの想いを胸に激動の福島を駆け抜けて活躍する移住者たちの姿があった―。実在する12人の福島県移住者たちを軸に繰り広げられる、新しい福島県、そして新時代に向かう人々の暮らしをオムニバス形式で描き出すヒューマンドラマ！
