Season 2026

  • S2026E01 How Fast & Furious Changed Car Culture Forever

    • March 27, 2026

In this first documentary from Key, Ryan Lopez dives into the rise of JDM culture and how it became one of the most influential movements in modern car enthusiasm. It starts behind the wheel of something iconic, the screen-used Suki Honda S2000 from 2 Fast 2 Furious. From there, Ryan traces the roots of it all at the Petersen Automotive Museum vault, coming face-to-face with the very first Honda ever imported to the United States. But this story isn’t just about cars; it’s about the people and moments that shaped the culture. Drifting legend Ken Gushi shares his journey through the motorsports world and how Japanese cars carved out their place in racing. Sebastián Rodríguez of Era Picture Cars pulls back the curtain on how JDM icons became stars in some of the most influential films and music videos ever made.

Along the way, they tackle the questions people usually keep to themselves: Did the passion for cars come before the fame? How does she decide what to buy next? And what’s it really like being a polarizing figure in the car community? This is a candid, unfiltered conversation about what it means to carve your own path in car culture.

  • S2026E04 We Went To Montana To Investigate Supercar Culture

    • April 17, 2026

For this week's installment of KEY car culture, Joe visited Montana to explore the state's complex relationship with LLC-titled supercars. The issue of using a Montana LLC to register high-value vehicles and save on tax has been in the news a lot recently, with the perception that none of the thousands of supercars registered in the state actually reside there. We wanted to find out if there are in fact any supercars and car enthusiasts in the state, and help to dispel some of the myths around the process.

  • S2026E09 We Lived With a $2.3M Czinger 21C in Los Angeles for a Day

    • May 22, 2026

The Czinger 21C is one of the wildest cars ever built: a 1,250hp twin-turbo hybrid hypercar with tandem fighter-jet seating, AI-designed 3D-printed components, a screaming 11,000rpm V8, 0-60mph in 1.9 seconds, and a top speed beyond 250mph. Built in Los Angeles using technology that feels closer to aerospace than automotive engineering, the 21C genuinely looks like it arrived from the future, which made it completely surreal that we got to spend an entire day driving not one, but TWO of them around LA. Not on a racetrack. In actual traffic. Freeways, stoplights, bad roads, smoothie runs — testing whether one of the most extreme hypercars on earth could actually function in the real world.

  • S2026E11 The Hamilton Collection Is Out Of Control (In The Best Way)

    • June 5, 2026

The Hamilton Collection has become one of the internet's most recognizable car collections, but the story goes beyond the cars themselves. In this episode, Steve Hamilton takes us behind the scenes of building a world-class collection, shares some controversial takes on the automotive world, and reflects on the aftermath of a crashed $1.5 million hypercar. More importantly, we explore how the collection has become a platform for giving back through charity events, blood drives, fundraisers, and community outreach, proving these cars are meant to do more than sit behind velvet ropes.

  • S2026E12 Taking a $5 Million Koenigsegg Jesko To Buy a $5 Hotdog

    • June 12, 2026

he Koenigsegg Jesko is one of the most extreme machines ever built. 125 exist in the world. Each one costs four million dollars, makes 1,600 horsepower on E85, and carries one of the most technologically advanced transmissions ever put in a car.... We drove it to get a Chicago hot dog. A proper one: mustard, relish, sport peppers, celery salt, poppy seed bun, absolutely no ketchup. The Jesko and the Chicago dog actually have more in common than you'd think: both are the product of a completely unreasonable commitment to doing one thing exactly right and refusing to compromise on any of it. One of them just happens to cost slightly more than the other.
