小料理店「田の実」で働く大河（赤楚衛二）は、夢を失いながらもバイトにやりがいを見いだし始めていた。一方、アニメ作家志望で韓国から来た留学生リン（カン・ヘウォン）は、課題に追われる日々の中、寮の退去を迫られ住まい探しに苦戦。そんな国籍も状況も違う２人が、ある日偶然巡り会い、大河が振る舞ったおにぎりがリンの心と空腹を満たし、その笑顔に大河は釘付けになる。そして目が合った瞬間、２人にときめきが走った―
Taiga, who works at the small restaurant Tanomi, has lost his dream but is beginning to find fulfillment in his part-time job. Meanwhile, Lin, a student from Korea who aspires to be an anime artist, is busy every day with assignments and is forced to move out of her dormitory, struggling to find a place to live. These two people, who are of different nationalities and circumstances, meet by chance one day, and the rice balls Taiga serves fill Lin's heart and her hunger, and Taiga is captivated by her smile. And the moment their eyes meet, a spark of excitement runs through them.
