Chris Goffrey test drives the Quantum H4 and speaks with Mark Woolridge from Quantum. David Greenwood is in Cheshire speaking to Ali and Chris Aspinal about their kit car. Eddie Hagan test drives a replica AC Cobra and talks to it's owner John Tojeiro. Cathy Brooks and Ian Stent are at the Stoneleigh 1998 Kit Car Show.

In this episode of Kits 'n' Cruisin', Pippa's at the 26th billing fun run, talking to competitors and finding out a bit about how to take part or just to join in the fun of the weekend. We join Cathy Brooke and Pen Roberts at the kit car show and explain the meaning of S.V.A. and finally we go to the F.I.A European Drag Racing Championships at Santa Pod to burn some rubber.

Pen also looks at the Skunk from Malone Designs. In Part Two, Pen looks round the Trade Stalls and goes to help Neil Winnington with the Jester. Peter Powell talks about the Stylus Project.

    This is the first of the Kits 'n' Cruisin' specials presented by Richard Hammond. We'll be following a convoy of Silvers through the streets of France - destination different circuits where no road rules apply. Many kit car owners have come over to France to take part in the racing and fun. We catch up with some of the drivers including a driver of a replica Ferrari who tells us about his machine. Plus John Price looks at a F100 Ford pick up truck that has been at every Custom or Hot Rod show in 1999.
