Farklı yerlerde büyümüş ve yetişmiş üç kuzen (Ece, Şeref, Çiğdem) İstanbul'da aynı evde yaşamak zorunda kalırlar. Ece güzel ve akıllı, Şeref saf ve alıngan, Çiğdem ise aksi ve sivri dillidir. Bu farklılıklardan komik olaylar doğacaktır. Ece ve Şeref'in üniversitesi, Çiğdem'in de işi vardır.
