It's All God (Walter Starcke)

No two of us are alike. We each have unique experiences that color our perspectives, and lenses with which we interpret and express in the world. Because of this, when we read Walter Starcke's book, It's All God, we literally co-create the experience anew.Drawing on his Christian upbringing, what he calls the truth in the Judeo-Christian myth, Starcke invites us to take these parables, insights and lessons out into our lives, into the juicy now and chew on them, find ways for them to become alive for us in this day and age. After all, we are the co-creator of this play. From his days as a naval officer in WWII to living in an Indian monastery with Aldus Huxley while studying with a Christian Mystic, Starcke always felt that a part of him didn't fit in, that a part of his life was still missing. We all feel this way at various times in our lives, and so we try to fake it, to comfort our disparity. At this point there is an invitation. We can begin to see, through the wisdom traditions, through Starcke's experiences, and through our own, how the acceptance of duality enables an opening to our conscious awareness of nonduality, and the realization that It's All God.
