Subaru and Teana are informed that they have failed their promotion exam, but are given another chance by Nanoha and Reinforce to take the exam again in a week. In the meantime, they are told about the Sixth Mobile Division, which is a special division about to be formed and led by Nanoha, Fate, and Hayate. Erio and Caro make an appearance and meet for the first time.

Entre-temps, elles apprennent l'existence de la 6ème division mobile, une division spéciale en cours de formation dirigée par Nanoha, Fate et Hayate. Erio et Caro font également leur apparition et se rencontrent pour la première fois.

スバルはなのはに直接戦技を教わること。ティアナの志望である「執務官」への勉強に対して、フェイトが教えてあげられること。
それらを合わせて部隊の長・八神はやては2人は勧誘する。
古代遺物関連の機動課は、超がつくほどにハードで、それゆえにエリート部隊。
そのことに悩むティアだが、それぞれの夢のため、新たな部隊への移動を決める。
一方、別世界では、フェイトが保護していた子供たち…。
エリオとキャロが、機動六課所属のため、それぞれミッドチルダへと向かっていた。
魔法の力に恵まれたものの、世間知らずの十歳同士の少年少女。
2人の出会いは、少々ドラマチックなものだった…。
Il sogno di Hayate Yagami di creare una nuova divisione diventa realtà e la Sesta Divisione Mobile prende vita. Nanoha e Fate acconsentono a prenderne parte, mentre Hayate recluta Subaru e Teana. Nel frattempo, a Midchilda, iniziano a comparire delle inquietanti armi meccaniche.
