After a series of dramatic twists, Marie, Kang-se, Soo-sun, and Do-ki successfully carry out their operation to secure Director Jo Hyeon-bae. With his plan falling apart, Ki-sik flies into a rage and confronts Ki-bun and Eon-kyung. Meanwhile, back at the hospital, Marie suddenly collapses while working in front of Poong-ju and Ki-sik, leaving everyone in shock.
