The Blues won both games against the Saints last season, but nonetheless face a difficult test against Ronald Koeman's much-changed side, who have been in fine form this season despite losing a string of key players in the summer. Koeman's predecessor as Southampton manager, Mauricio Pochettino, is now in charge of Tottenham, who take on Manchester United at White Hart Lane. Spurs will be looking for their first home win against the Red Devils since 2001. There are also two London derbies, with West Ham hosting Arsenal and Queens Park Rangers taking on Crystal Palace. Elsewhere, Aston Villa meet Sunderland, Hull take on Leicester, Manchester City meet Burnley, Stoke play West Brom and Newcastle face Everton.
