فردی به نام حاج فتاح سلطانی پس از تصادف دچار مرگ مغزی میشود و به جهان ملکوت میرود در آن زمان فرشتهای به سراغ او میآید تا به گناهان او رسیدگی کند و از طرفی دیگر داماد حاج فتاح برای رسیدن به ثروت حاج فتاح تلاش میکند اما در واقع، او در این مسیر، ناکام می ماند.
