By 1992, Ohio resident Bob Hand has been married four times. In 2002, fourth wife Jill, has been shot and killed, allegedly by Lonnie Welch, whom Bob then shoots during a break into their home. Strangely Bob Hand swears he doesn't know Lonnie Welch, yet later detectives discover Welch was Best Man at Hand's second wedding.
