泉美（比嘉愛未）が姿を消し、会社に新社長がやって来る。そんな中、泉美を心配する航（渡邊圭祐）は、光井（ディーン・フジオカ）に泉美の居場所を知らないのかと詰め寄る。企画制作部の社員たちは、ランタンの仕事の進め方に納得がいかず空中分解寸前に。社内に不穏な空気が流れる中、航はある希望を見つける。
Izumi (Aimi Higa) disappears and a new president comes to the company. Meanwhile, Kou (Keisuke Watanabe), who is worried about Izumi, rushes to Mitsui (Dean Fujioka) to see if he doesn't know where Izumi is. The employees of the planning and production department were not convinced of how to proceed with the work of the lantern and were on the verge of disassembling in the air. Kou finds a hope in the midst of disturbing air flowing through the company.
