Delancey is one of the main characters of My Scene. She debuted in the "Hanging Out" line, along with her boyfriend, Ellis. She was originally from California, but she moved to New York. She made her first appearance in the Hanging Out webisode, and Sk8ter Girl is the first webisode to focus solely on her.
