On the road, Nadiya joins a shift at the largest mushroom producer in the country to find out what it takes to meet our insatiable demand for this fast, flexible and flavour-packed ingredient. And in Kent, Nadiya goes to the rescue of an overstretched mum with a fast-food fix that will transform family mealtimes.

And a cheat’s guide to an outrageously easy and decadent chocolate mousse frees up precious time to do the things you enjoy, or just put your feet up. On the stunning west coast of Scotland, Nadiya joins the team at the country’s oldest independent salmon farm to see how they produce the nation’s most popular fish. And in Monmouthshire, Nadiya goes to the rescue of a time-poor trucker, who starts his day at 3am, with a stress-free recipe that cuts his kitchen time in half, freeing up precious time to spend with his family.

And a fuss-free cheats trifle with creamy chia seeds, yoghurt, fresh fruit and sweet brioche oozes style, confidence and yumminess with barely any effort at all. On the road, Nadiya joins the team at Yeo Valley Farm in Somerset’s rolling hills, to see how they do their bit to meet the UK’s insatiable demand for yoghurt. And in Walsall, near Birmingham Nadiya’s shortcut curry with spicy jackfruit and speedy naan gives a super busy novice cook the family dinner party she’s always dreamed of.

On the road, Nadiya joins a shift at the Heinz factory in Wigan to find out how the team meet our insatiable demand for baked beans. In Wales, she joins a busy vet during lambing season to help him reinvigorate his lunchtimes with her top kitchen hack - same ingredients, multiple meals which gives maximum return for minimum effort.

    In the sixth episode of the series, Nadiya shares her favourite recipes for when she wants to whip up something sweet and delicious, but deceptively simple. After all, when life is really hectic there are times when we all need to spoil ourselves with an indulgent treat, but that doesn't have to mean spending hours in the kitchen. Colourful milkshake funnel cakes have all the fun of fresh doughnuts with none of the fuss. A giant time-saving cookie is so easy it is fried in the pan, and a glistening nutty baklava looks so impressive but is completely foolproof. On the road, Nadiya joins the Tate and Lyle tea on the River Thames to find out how they produce one of her favourite fast tracks to flavour - golden syrup. And in Liverpool, she helps a new dad bake a luxurious chocolate birthday cake that takes no time at all.
