Most people dream of getting to the ocean, but Jeff Simmons and Shirley Steele are giving up their six-figure income and their 2500 sq. ft. oceanfront beach house to move to Montana and live off the grid. Jeff previously worked as an offshore commercial oil rig diver and a productions/operations manager at one of the largest produce and vegetable packinghouses in the country. Shirley worked as a police officer. They're trading in their swimming and diving gear for parkas, mountain boots and thermals. Jeff grew up as a 5th generation cowboy and can't wait to see what it's like to be a rancher in the Old West. Shirley's not sure what she's in for. All she knows about Montana is the winters are cold, but she's game for the adventure!
