After finishing a photo shoot of food for the Ultimate Menu, Yamaoka, Kurita, Mariko and Kinjō go to Sushi Tomo and encounter Mr. Hirano, the feature editor of the competing Teito News and two coworkers. When Kinjō asks for kajiki sashimi, they make disparaging remarks for requesting an inferior fish.
