Chairman Niki asks Ohara for Touzai News to design and manage a restaurant on the top floor of the Nito group's new headquarters. Ohara is reluctant, but when Niki threatens to offer the opportunity to Teito News, Ohara accepts and assigns the task to a reluctant Yamaoka. When Yamaoka starts working on the project, Niki offers him a 51% stake in the restaurant if he joins the Nito group.
